Challenge
Enviro Water is a relatively newly formed company. They have the European distribution rights for a revolutionary water saving product, which is accredited by Water Wise. The Free Flow Valve is a water free urinal system eliminates the need for water, prevents bad odours and reduces their customer’s costs.
They turned to We Are Circle for support with the launch of their new product in the UK. They needed a strategy to help them bring the product to market, a name and brand identity for their product, as well as all the marketing elements required for launch such as an eCommerce website, search, packaging, posters and email.
Approach
Firstly we created a mini marketing strategy for Enviro Water. This allowed us to identify target markets, understand the competitive landscape and map the growth, pricing, product, positioning and promotional strategies. We were able to understand how to differentiate the product and use these findings to create the brand.
The strategy was then used to create a full brand presentation, so the Directors could choose an identity. A name was chosen for the product, the Free Flow Valve. Next we created the product packaging, developed the website including all the copy and search engine marketing. We have since created posters, delivered PR and email campaigns.
Results
The product is now being used by universities, pubs, sports clubs and restaurants and continues to grow from strength-to-strength.
