Insight, marketing strategy & rebrand for estate agent

Wm Sykes & Son are Holmfirth’s longest established independent estate agents and auctioneers. We started working with them initially to develop a marketing strategy using insight. From there we developed a new brand strategy, refreshing their identity and launching new sub-brands to make it much clearer who they are and how they can help. The rebrand means that they now have a compelling brand message and key services that appeal directly to different segments.

This includes Prestige, a new brand aimed at customers with larger, or distinctive properties who will benefit from additional services like professional photography and home staging. We have created a new website with local web developers, Redbak and have designed stationery, property brochures, ‘for sale’ & ‘to let’ signs, office signage, window displays, social media pages, adverts and a marketing folder with inserts. We have also generated some media coverage for them. Supporting local businesses is very important to Wm Sykes & Son. All the suppliers used including print and property signage are local businesses. It has been fantastic working with Wm Sykes & Son and we can’t recommend them highly enough!
