The power of brand personality and tone of voice

Let’s demystify the idea of brand.  A brand is much more than a logo, symbol, colour, strap-line (all these make up a brand exterior).  When defining your brand you need to get to the heart of the matter – the essence of your brand – its values and personality.

Many of Circle’s clients come to us needing a perhaps a new brand, website or a brand ‘refresh’.   This is something that we happily do but only once we have defined what you are hoping to achieve.  We start by defining your brand personality, position in your space and understanding your target market.  After all, without the backing of a clear strategy your brand will not fulfil its objectives. Remember, we believe in creating value; in creating marketing that works – that gives you more

We define a brand simply as the emotional response you create within your customers through every single interaction or touch point within your business.  At its core a brand is a set of values and personality traits.  These are then communicated in every single action and communication your business takes.
